1. Aaron Wall as a post about Google that is completely on the money. He notes that Google should be thought of as the "ultimate CRM system" and that they will become the "default commodities trading platform." Go read the whole post, it's great.

2. Geoff Moore explains why being the best is often a sucker bet. This ties into the idea that Clayton Christensen wrote about in The Innovator's Dilemma regarding companies overshooting their needs; innovations that overshoot the customer's needs are useless and even bad, as they are indicative of a company that is focused more on its product rather than on its customers' needs.

3. BusinessPundit comments on a hotel that is charging more to clients who weigh more. Could be an interesting PR stunt, and it appears to be working, as it got me to blog about it. I still think it's stupid though.
