More on Content Mistakeskidmercury | 26 October, 2005 22:12 The mistake I referenced earlier about trying to sell mass-produced content is still one that bothers me quite a bit. In hindsight, it just seems so naive. What's really unfortunate for us now is that the expertise model that we were talking was really about owning the customer; we didn't want to link out in any of the content. Not only is this the best way to minimize the value of your content for the end user, but it also doesn't help how you look to the search engines (like a link hog that doesn't contribute to the network). We're in the process of fixing that, though. For ActoGuitar, there's a lot of good stuff on the way. commentsWhat is this blog?Hello, I call myself Kid Mercury.
